
The BLS Healthcare Provider course is designed to provide healthcare professionals, with the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, adequately perform CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. Training will include use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and FBAO (Foreign Body Airway Obstruction) for victims of all ages.

The BLS HCP course provides instruction to recognize the signs and symptoms of sudden cardiac arrest and strokes and how to perform CPR for adults, infants and children. Required Book: AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Student Workbook, Product 20-1126 Read book prior to attending class.
ACLS SKILLS CHECK OFF 2020 REGISTRATION
Remember to include a photocopy of your school employee ID: Student Registration Form Save or download the following form to your desktop, complete and select “Submit”. Upon successful completion, you will receive an AHA Heartsaver CPR/First Aid certification eCard which is valid for two years. Instruction will be provided to manage life-threatening environmental emergencies, injuries and medical emergencies such as seizures, allergies, diabetes, heat stroke and snake bites. Instruction helps recognize emergency situations involving heart attack, choking, respiratory and cardiac arrest in adults, children, and infant victims. Become qualified to provide immediate emergency assistance for students, co-workers, and family, when needed.

This fee waived AHA Heartsaver CPR and First Aid course is for Primary and Secondary School Employees with proper identification. Books can also be purchased through various websites of AHA distributors.
